How it works...
ONLINE APPLICATION.
To start the onboarding process, patients can apply online and fill out the application form. This form will ask for basic personal information such as name, contact details, and medical history. The form is designed to be easy to fill out and can be completed in just a few minutes. Once payment is received an email confirmation will be sent to guide you through process to book youre 15-20 min online consultation.
DOCTOR CONSULTATION.
Once verified and consent has been given, new patients will be scheduled for an online consultation with a qualified doctor. During this consultation, the doctor will assess the patient's medical history and condition, and provide recommendations for medicinal cannabis use. The doctor will also be available for follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. The Physician will then prescribe treatment for 180 days.
APPROVAL.
Once the application is submitted, we will verify the patient's status with Synenrgy Network and the Regulator. This step is important to ensure that the patient is eligible to use alternative medicine for their condition.The card is approved by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) and provides patients with safe and legal access to medicinal cannabis. The approval process takes 5-7 business days.
